Company Overview
The Pastry Box was founded in 2008 by Paolo Pero,
a third-generation baker, as a startup bakery in Port Moody.
In 2012, the business found its rightful location at 200 Golden Drive, in Coquitlam, where it established as a true Commercial Bakery.
Here at 200 Golden Drive, Coquitlam, currently we have developed to be a 40-person strong team working
from a 20,000 square foot State-of-the-Art modern facility.
With impeccable service and innovative products, we continue adding to our customer list of supermarkets and grocery chains.
Most of our products evolve from a Franco-Italian foundation.
Dave McPhail joining us as CEO in 2018 reinforced and contributed to our growth to be a major manufacturer of baked goods.
While we serve the entire Western Canadian Region, we are still a B2B company. For consumers, to access our products, you need to ask for them by their name as some of our products are sold as white labels.

In collaboration with our customers, our distributors, and our other business partners, our R & D comes up with innovative products for specific occasions like Valentine’s Day,
Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Canada Day, and Christmas.
Quality Assurance
GFSI and SQF certified facility with two qualified personnel going through
the production plant monitoring and assuring highest hygiene practice.
We also participate in regular training sessions led by qualified consultants,
focuing on Food safety, Workplace safety, and Personal hygine.
